I have specialized and work with anxiety, depression, EMDR, internet addiction, relationships, dream work, body image, mindfulness and improving self-esteem. l design a therapy program to meet your wellness goals.

My approach to psychotherapy is strength-based, person-centered and rooted in depth psychology. While I consider my therapeutic style to be warm, interactive, and empathetic, I am also not afraid to take a stand for you when necessary. I pride myself in my integrity, authenticity, and perseverance; expect to be treated with care, respect, and non-judgment.

I have been additionally trained in EMDR trauma therapy with an attachment focus, am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-440, have studied and practice mindfulness, hold a certificate in Social and Organizational Leadership, teach social emotional intelligence learning tools, am a published author and the created of the Virtual Identities Integration Treatment Psychotherapy Model, teach digital responsibility, and have been trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy with founder Steven Hayes. I currently teach at the junior high, high school, and graduate school level and help facilitate trainings in DreamTending: a way of working with dreams to gain better insights into the unconscious and tap into a deeper source of authentic self, imagination, and creativity.
